Steve earned a B.S. degree in Environmental Design from CU Boulder and has been building and remodeling homes in the Denver metro area for over 20 years.

 

 

During his career, Steve realized that most homeowners don’t have the skills, knowledge, tools or time to deal with the variety of tasks that are needed to maintain a home. Steve created Punchlist to proactively address home maintenance, preventing costly unexpected repairs that are often avoidable.
